Before renting please make sure you call or text to make sure what you want is available. If you check-out before doing so, there is no guarantee you will get what you paid for.  There is a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT on every rental. During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, ect.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping the unit. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of the rental contract there will be no refunds. If weather is bad we will reschedule your rental together. If you decide you do not want to reschedule your rental because of the weather being too severe or other circumstances and have paid your rental in full, you may request a refund of 50%. You will get refunded 50% of the remaining payment after card processing/bank fees. The other 50% of your payment is the NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If there is a COVID-19 related issue or unusual circumstance/emergency, a refund may be processed based on the discretion of us. If we decide there is a refund that should be processed, there will be at least a $20 non-refunded charge to cover bank processing fees. 

ALL WATER INFLATABLES REQUIRE A DEBIT/CREDIT CARD ON FILE IN ORDER TO RENT. THAT CARD MUST HAVE THE NAME OF THE INDIVIDUAL THAT IS RENTING AND LISTED ON THE CONTRACT. WE WILL RETRIEVE THIS FROM YOU WHEN WE ARRIVE. IT WILL BE PART OF THE CONTRACT TO BE SIGNED IN CASE OF CLEANING FEES. IF YOU CANT PROVIDE ONE THEN WE WILL NEED UP TO $300 CASH FOR A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. IF THE INFLATABLE IS IN GOOD CONDITION UPON PICK UP, YOU WILL GET IT BACK. IF IT IS NOT THEN WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD ON TO YOUR DEPOSIT. WATER INFLATABLES ARE TO STOP HAVING WATER ON THEM AT 6PM ON YOUR RENTAL DAY TO ENSURE TIME FOR THEM TO DRY OUT AND BE CLEANED FOR PICK UP. IF YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO CLEAN THE INFLATABLE YOU CAN ADD AN OVER-NIGHT FEE TO YOUR PACKAGE ($60) SO WE CAN PICK THE INFLATABLE UP THE FOLLOWING MORNING. THE INFLATABLE MUST BE CLEAN AND READY FOR PICK UP STILL OTHERWISE WE CAN CHARGE THE CLEANING FEE/KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. THE CLEANING FEE CAN BE UP TO $300 BUT IS NOT LIMITED INCASE OF DAMAGES THAT COULD ARISE FROM NOT TAKING CARE OF THE INFLATABLE.

SET UP/TAKE DOWN

Before our arrival to set-up, please make sure all pets are put away and droppings are picked up. We want to keep our inflatables clean so you and everyone else can enjoy them. Any sticks or debree that could puncture or get sucked in by the blower motor (leaves) should be picked up and taken care of. The person responsible for signing the Liability Contract (Payee) should be present when we arrive to sign and go over the Contract together. The Contract is also your receipt of payment. We will need to know the closest electrical outlet to area of installation for the Blower(s). Some set-ups may need 2 or more separate outlets for each blower on different circuits as they pull about 7-8 Amps each.  If you are renting any water inflatables please have your water hose ready and out to the area of installation. I would recommend getting a squirt nozzle for the Combos so you and the kids can control the water. Too much water can cause a muddy mess that will lead to a difficult pick-up for us and possibly even a cleaning fee to be charged if the Inflatable is really dirty/muddy. We drop off the Inflatables clean for you and would like them back in the same condition. The only Inflatables with Sprinkler Systems installed in them are the Slip n Slides. Water can be turned on and off from your hose connection to control water flow. We appreciate every customers efforts and business. Thank you!
