BEFORE RENTING/RAIN POLICY
1. Check Availability First
To guarantee your favorite inflatable is ready for your big day, please call or text us at 517-317-7290 before checking out online. > Note: We are proudly based in Coldwater, Michigan. To ensure we can serve your location and provide the specific unit you want, a quick confirmation is required before payment.
2. Reservation & Deposits
- Secure Your Date: Every rental requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the equipment for your event.
- Processing Fees: In the event of an accidental payment or discretionary refund, a minimum $20 fee will be retained to cover non-refundable bank and credit card processing charges.
3. Our "Safety-First" Weather Policy
We want your kids to stay safe and our equipment to stay in top shape.
- Severe Weather: In cases of high winds, heavy rain, or lightning, we reserve the right to cancel for safety.
- The Choice is Yours: If conditions are marginal (intermittent light rain), we may give you the option to proceed. However, once the unit is delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued regardless of weather changes.
- Rescheduling: If the weather turns sour, we will work with you to find a new date so the fun isn't missed!
4. Cancellations & Refunds
If you choose not to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances:
- Pre-Paid in Full: You may request a refund of 50% of the total payment after bank/processing fees.
- Emergencies: We understand life happens. Refunds for unusual circumstances or emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
SET UP/TAKE DOWN
Pre-Arrival Checklist: Getting Ready for the Fun
To ensure a smooth, on-time setup, please help us prepare the area before we arrive!
1. Clear the Area
For the health and safety of our guests and the longevity of our equipment, please ensure the setup site is:
- Pet-Friendly: Pets should be safely put away, and the area must be completely clear of all pet droppings.
- Debris-Free: Please remove any sticks, large piles of leaves, or sharp debris. These can puncture the units or be sucked into the blower motors. Mowing your grass 3-4 days before your rental is best to prevent wet grass clippings and keeping equipment clean.
2. On-Site Requirements
- The Payee: The person responsible for the rental must be present upon arrival to sign the Liability Contract and review safety guidelines. Note: Your signed contract also serves as your official receipt.
- Power Access:We will need to know the location of the nearest electrical outlets.
- Pro Tip: Each inflatable pulls 8–12 Amps. Larger setups may require multiple outlets on separate circuits to prevent power trips.
3. Water Inflatable Guidelines
If you are renting a waterslide/water unit.
- Hose Ready: Please have your water hose pulled out to the installation area before we arrive.
- Flow Control: To prevent a "muddy mess" and potential cleaning fees, water should be kept at a low flow (barely turned on).
- Shut-Off Time: For all units, water must be turned off by 6:00 PM (unless otherwise specified). This allows you the necessary time to clean and dry the units for pickup.
4. Help Us Keep It Clean
We take pride in delivering sanitized, sparkling-clean inflatables for your family. We ask that they be returned in the same condition.
- Cleaning Fees: Excessive mud or dirtiness may result in an additional cleaning fee.

DELIVERY/FEES
We bring the fun to you! To ensure every party starts on time, please review our delivery process below.
Getting Your Custom Quote
Delivery fees apply to all rentals to cover the transport and professional setup of your equipment. To get an accurate total:
- Send Your Address: When you inquire, please provide the exact party location.
- Custom Package: We will create a custom package for you that includes the rental items and the delivery fee.
- Easy Checkout: Once your package is ready, you can simply add it to your cart and check out online. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after payment.
The "Arrival Window" & No-Show Policy
We run a tight schedule to ensure every child’s birthday and every business event starts exactly when promised.
- Be Present: The person signing the contract must be home and available to answer the door or phone during our scheduled delivery window. Typically 8-12pm.
- The Policy: If we arrive and cannot reach you (no answer at the door/phone), we must move on to our next scheduled customer to remain on time for their event.
- Forfeiture: In these instances, the rental will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued. We value your time and appreciate you valuing ours so we can keep the fun moving for everyone.
