Before renting please make sure you call or text to make sure what you want is available. If you check-out before doing so, there is no guarantee you will get what you paid for.  There is a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT on every rental. During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, ect.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping the unit. If you decide to keep the unit for the term of the rental contract there will be no refunds. If weather is bad we will reschedule your rental together. If you decide you do not want to reschedule your rental because of the weather being too severe or other circumstances and have paid your rental in full, you may request a refund of 50%. You will get refunded 50% of the remaining payment after card processing/bank fees. The other 50% of your payment is the NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. If there is a COVID-19 related issue or unusual circumstance/emergency, a refund may be processed based on the discretion of us. If we decide there is a refund that should be processed for any reason, there will be at least a $20 non-refunded charge to cover bank processing fees.

SET UP/TAKE DOWN

Before our arrival to set-up, please make sure all pets are put away and droppings are picked up. We want to keep our inflatables clean so you and everyone else can enjoy them. Any sticks or debree that could puncture or get sucked in by the blower motor (leaves) should be picked up and taken care of. The person responsible for signing the Liability Contract (Payee) should be present when we arrive to sign and go over the Contract together. The Contract is also your receipt of payment. We will need to know the closest eletrical outlet to area of installation for the Blower(s). Some set-ups may need 2 or more separate outlets for each blower on different circuits as they pull about 8-12 Amps each.  If you are renting any water inflatables please have your water hose ready and out to the area of installation. Too much water can cause a muddy mess that will lead to a difficult pick-up for us and possibly even a cleaning fee to be charged if the Inflatable is really dirty/muddy. We drop off the Inflatables clean for you and would like them back in the same conditon. Water should be barely turned on from your hose connection to control water flow. WATER SHUT OFF IS AT 6pm unless specified, to allow time to clean up and get the inflatables ready for pick up. I appreciate every customers efforts and business!


DELIVERY/FEES

Delivery fees are applied to most rentals. With increasing gas prices, we need the delivery fee to get to where you want your party! When you inquire about renting, please send your party address so you can get an accurate quote. We can create your custom package with delivery fees and taxes included and put it on the "Custom Packages for Customers" tab. You can then add your package to your cart and check out. Once paid we will get an email confirmation and begin to set up your contract for delivery day. Upon Delivery if you are not available (Dont answer the door/phone or not home) or unable to sign the contract, we will have to leave to be able to serve our other customers. Your rental will also be forfeited and there will be no refunds.
